1. Introduction

Welcome to Bheema's Paakashala. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, mobile application, and meal delivery services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

“Service” refers to the meal preparation, subscription management, and delivery services provided by Bheema's Paakashala. “User” refers to any individual who creates an account or places an order through our platform. “Subscription” refers to any recurring meal plan purchased through our service.

3. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

4. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or issues with payment verification. Menu items, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or monthly) depending on the plan selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Payments

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. All prices are listed in US Dollars and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees, if any, are displayed at checkout before payment is processed. You agree that all payment information you provide is accurate and complete.

7. Delivery

We deliver to select areas within the Atlanta metropolitan region. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, or acts of nature. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and being available to receive orders.

8. Cancellation & Refunds

One-time orders may be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for quality issues are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery if you have a concern about your order.

9. Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program allows users to earn points on qualifying purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time. Accumulated points may expire after 12 months of account inactivity.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bheema's Paakashala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order or subscription giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
