Returns & Refund Policy

1. Our Promise
At Bheema's Paakashala, we take pride in the quality of our meals. We are committed to ensuring every order meets our high standards. If you are not satisfied with your order, we want to make it right. This policy outlines how refunds and returns are handled.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following situations: the order was not delivered, the order was delivered significantly late (more than 1 hour past the estimated time), the food quality does not meet our standards (spoiled, incorrect temperature, or contaminated), incorrect items were delivered, or items were missing from your order. All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team through your account dashboard, by emailing hello@bheemaspaakashala.com, or by calling (404) 555-0123. Please include your order number, the reason for your refund request, and any photos if applicable (for quality issues). Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
4. Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Subscription Cancellations
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to receive deliveries until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing cycle. If you cancel within the first 48 hours of a new subscription, you may be eligible for a full refund of that billing cycle, provided no deliveries have been made. Pausing a subscription does not incur any charges during the paused period.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds: orders cancelled less than 2 hours before scheduled delivery, meals that have been partially consumed, dissatisfaction based solely on personal taste preference (rather than quality), and loyalty points or promotional credits that have already been redeemed.
